Ningbo Yujiang Specialty Tape Co., Ltd., established in 1993, comprises the Transmission System Division, the Pipe Fitting Division (Ningbo Xinhua Yingda Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd.), and the Engineering Plastics Division. Its core business encompasses the R&D and manufacturing of belt drive systems and exhaust system pipe fittings for traditional automobiles, new energy vehicles, construction machinery, robotics, and other sectors. Key clients include internationally renowned enterprises such as Changan, Liuzhou Motor, Fuyao Glass, DAYCO, RTA, and General Motors. We emphasize design innovation, smart manufacturing, and strong customer relationships, striving to become a globally competitive, technologically advanced organization. Currently, the company operates 16 transmission belt production lines, 2 tensioner pulley production lines, 8 exhaust pipe and various pipe fitting production lines, and 11 engineering plastic production lines. Annual production capacity reaches 20 million transmission belts, 300,000 automotive tensioner pulleys, 400,000 automotive exhaust pipes and various metal pipe fittings, and 6,000 tons of engineering plastics.
After nearly 30 years of development, the company has become a leading domestic manufacturer in the transmission belt industry. Committed to technological research and development, it is a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Zhejiang Provincial Engineering Technology Center, and a CNAS-accredited laboratory. The company holds over 40 national patents and has led or participated in drafting more than 10 national standards, multiple international standards, and industry group standards. It currently serves as the Vice Chair of the National Belt Standards Technical Committee and the Chair of the Ningbo Rubber Association. The company maintains long-term strategic partnerships with Ningbo Institute of Technology, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and Yangtze River Delta University. These collaborations have successfully completed major scientific projects, including the R&D and industrialization of key technologies for high-performance, eco-friendly, flame-retardant synchronous belts for rail transit. With four senior materials engineers and an R&D team comprising 10% of its workforce, the company possesses cutting-edge technologies for static layout and simulation analysis of gear systems, as well as gear system validation. This enables it to meet and exceed customer requirements, delivering optimal solutions.
